By: A Cappella Pops Flowers brings extensive experience and educational credentials to the position. He holds an M.A. in music theory from the Eastman School of Music (Rochester, NY) and a BA magna cum laude from Yale University. He also completed additional professional studies at the Juilliard School (New York, NY) and Westminster Choir College (Princeton, NJ). An accomplished conductor, musical director, and accompanist for a variety of theaters and choirs, Flowers is also a published composer and arranger. He is currently director of music for the Greater Philadelphia Center for Spiritual Living (Paoli, PA), as well as Owner and Founder of MINDFUL MUSIC, LLC (www.jdflowersmusic.com) "We are excited about Jonathan's abilities to take A Cappella Pops to the next step in our ongoing evolution," says Bruce Koepke, chief operation officer of the chorus.
