-- Saveco Kuwait wins the best brand in the supermarket sector in Kuwait award within «Service Hero» index for customer satisfaction for the year 2018, for the Fourth year in a row. It is evident that Saveco is moving forward towards achieving the promise of providing excellence in customer service.
It is worth mentioning that the Service Hero is the only index in the Arab world that specialized in measuring customers' satisfaction, depending 100 % on customers views.
All sectors are being evaluated according to the customers experience in Kuwait, where the assessment adopted a one to ten measure that is based on eight standards: product or service trust, speed, product quality, efficient staff, value for the price, location, contact center, and website quality.
In this context, Saveco CEO Mrs. Noor AlQatami has said "I express my sincere gratitude to Saveco customers for giving us this award for the fourth year in a row.
