GRAMMY Nominated Trio Na Hoa Set to Appear at the 61st Annual GRAMMY Awards®

Na Hoa, a traditional Hawaiian music trio, is a popular musical group noted for their big wins at the 36th Annual Na Hoku Hanohano Awards ceremony (Hawaii's music industry equivalent to the GRAMMYS) held in Honolulu. Na Hoa's band mates include Ikaika Blackburn (ukulele), Keoni Souza (bass) and Hale Seabury-Akaka (guitar). Na Hoa, which translates as "the friends," formed in 2002.
The group won four prestigious music awards, including Album of the Year for the group's self-titled and first-ever album. The other awards include Group of the Year, Most Promising Artist, and Album of the Year. Na Hoa followed with the release of a Christmas "EP" entitled "Cha-Lang-a-
Na Hoa recently released a brand-new album titled "Aloha from Na Hoa!" which has been nominated for the 2019 GRAMMY Awards®. In addition, Na Hoa performed this week at the GRAMMY Museum® on February 6th at a special VIP event during GRAMMY week.
