HSJ is Preparing for Further Growth in 2019

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Feb. 7, 2019 - PRLog -- H. Stephen Jones and Associates, Inc. (HSJ), a leader in security and technology solution designs and implementations, added three new team members at the end of 2018 to accelerate their growth in 2019 and beyond. Each new team member meets a unique need at HSJ and will assist in their quest for 20 consecutive years of growth. Two of the new roles are dedicated to bolstering business and marketing operations and the third is focused on expanding HSJ's network design and security capabilities.

The first new role filled at HSJ is the Operations Manager. This role will lead the project management team along with internal projects aimed at ensuring HSJ provides the best experiences and deliverables to clients at a competitive rate. Craig Lieneck will serve in this role and comes to HSJ with 15 years of experience in project management, quality control, process engineering, quantitative analysis applications, and professional ethics.  Mr. Lieneck also holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Kansas, Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Florida State University and certifications for Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Ethics Associate (CEA), Certified Project Director (CPD), and OSHA 30 Outreach Training.

HSJ's second new role is that of Marketing and Business Development Manager. The Marketing and Business Development Manager will focus on developing and launching marketing and sales strategies to expand the HSJ client base in multiple target industries.  This role is filled by, Ryan Lee, who joins HSJ with 15 years of experience in technology project management and expertise in solutions for customer experience management, content marketing, sales, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).  Mr. Lee has a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Management of Information Systems (MIS) and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. HSJ's clients will benefit from Mr. Lee's experience in creating business cases for complex security and technology roadmaps and gaining the stakeholder alignment necessary for many projects to get off the ground.

HSJ's third new role is in their network design and optimization team. The added Network Engineer role is dedicated to increasing capabilities and capacity for clients needing network design work or help with remediation of network issues.  The role is filled by John D. Hudnall.  Mr. Hudnall has 10 years of experience with data center infrastructure management, network engineering inclusive of renovations and mergers in live environments, standardization of purchasing and construction practices, and creation of uniform user experiences that reduce network support costs.  Mr. Hudnall is well versed in Cisco iOS, Windows 7/8.1/10, Apple OSX, Various Access Control Management Software Applications, Video Management Software, SolarWinds Orion Software, Sunbird Power IQ Software.
