PASIG CITY, Philippines - Feb. 2, 2019 - PRLog -- From humble beginnings, Grupo BPO Service Cooperative, a BPO and diversified outsourcing enterprise has existed since 2016 with a vision: to go beyond the operations of a service cooperative by providing solutions to its clients and opportunities to the unemployed, instill a fair share of worker-partners benefits, and continuously nurture them holistically in both their work and family life.

As a cooperative, the chairperson and the board of directors are not the only people who financially gain. It is also the workers who gain, working for the cooperative, yet serving its clients with the deserved utmost respect. Because of this, we have rightfully earned the support and trust of our clients.

A Productive 2018, Leading to an Auspicious Future
The theme, "Teamwork in Success for the Future" marks the birth of the cooperative with its first general assembly help in the University of Asia and the Pacific. Regular members elected the second batch of the board of the directors and committees and they have sworn in the presence of entire regular and some associate members to dutifully perform their respective roles.

Grupo BPO Service Cooperative takes steps towards being a cooperative in the Fundamentals of Cooperative Seminar in Pasig City Hall. In addition to this, members of the cooperative have learned the basics of entrepreneurship in other seminars: "Personal Branding", "Federalism Orientation", Finance and Management Training", and "Taxation Seminar" in cooperative with the Pasig City Cooperative Development Authority.

Regular and associate members of Grupo BPO working in the front lines, especially in human resources, marketing, and recruitment departments undergo 'Customer Service Training" to strengthen their skills in customer and client engagement, enabling them to generate that memorable customer experience.

We Help to Develop Communities
Manila Bay is home for polluted waters, trash and rubbish by the bay. As part of Grupo BPO's initiative, cleaning the garbage and attempting to make a stand that such waters should be no place for impurities and residue is necessary. While it is time-consuming process, Grupo BPO hopes to save our environment.

Members of Grupo BPO Service Cooperative also visited Taytay, Rizal to hear and orientation in partnership with the Agriculture Training Institute regarding sustainable and organic urban gardening. This helps in providing food, saving individuals from unnecessary expenses and even earning their own income.

We are 250% Stronger in the Working Community!
A roadshow campaign to gather more than 150 individuals in seeking better opportunities has increases our work community by 250%. In the marketing and promotions group, MarketSmart, we have enlisted members (among those who are field promoters) willing to join in working with Grupo BPO Service Cooperative.
