LIVINGSTON, N.J. - Feb. 1, 2019 - PRLog -- NUTSÓLA is pleased to announce its launch on today. NUTSÓLA is the Original DIY Superfood Barô and will be sold as a subscription to the consumer starting at the end of February 2019.

Made with all-natural ingredients, NUTSÓLA comes in three flavors: Vanilla Almond, Cacao Almond, and Peanut Butter. The bars are vegan and gluten-free and do not contain any dairy, soy, preservatives, or GMOs. Furthermore, they do not contain any added sugars – the only sugar comes from dates that are found in every flavor.

Through a simple DIY process, the bars can be enjoyed in three easy steps:
  1. Mix
  2. Mold
  3. Dehydrate
To dehydrate the bars, subscribers can either purchase a NUTSÓLA branded Bar Maker (dehydrator), or oven mat depending on their budget and/or desire. Directions and tutorial videos can be found on NUTSÓ

"According to the FDA, dehydrating preserves 95% to 97% of a food's original nutrients," said Adam Kukoff, co-founder, NUTSÓLA. "By customizing our Bar Maker to operate at a temperature between 130℉-140℉ (lower than most dehydrators), we ensure that our bars retain as much of the nutrients as possible."

NUTSÓLA rides heavily on the DIY and meal-prep lifestyle that millennials, young adults, and health-conscious individuals have taken on in recent years – a movement made up of people who want to eat clean and be in control of what they put into their bodies.

"My father Michael, who is the other co-founder of NUTSÓLA has been dehydrating superfood ingredients (dates, chia seeds, almonds, etc.) and turning them into bars for a few years now," commented Adam. "His process has always been to come up with a flavor, like Vanilla Almond, combine the right ingredients and get it to the right taste. I've been eating these bars for a while now – they've become my fuel, a snack, even breakfast. I love eating them because they are homemade, contain all-natural ingredients, no added sugar, and are 100% preservative-free!"

When asked how a business concept was spun out of the bars, the co-founders said, "We thought to ourselves that there had to be a way to take our process and turn it into a new health bars concept for the consumer market. That's when NUTSÓLA came to us! These bars aim to serve health-conscious individuals who want to make what they eat and be in control of what they put into their bodies. And they can be rest assured that our bars only contain ingredients that they can spell!" the father-son duo exclaimed.

As both a subscription-based and a la cart business model, customers can purchase any or all of the NUTSÓLA 16 oz. mix bags that will be sent to their door on a monthly or as-needed basis. First-time customers will choose a dehydrating method (Bar Maker or oven mat). They will also receive a branded mold kit (bar cutter) to guarantee perfectly portioned bars, and the mix – one bag makes 10 bars.
