Four Stuart Kane Attorneys Recognized in 2019 Southern California Super Lawyers List

His practice encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including real property acquisitions and dispositions, development, entitlement, construction, financing, and leasing. Josh represents commercial and residential developers, homebuilders, investors and corporate users, and negotiates debt and equity financing, joint ventures, and the purchase and sale of operating retail shopping centers, commercial and industrial buildings, and land for new development.
