Southern Ocean Chamber Sweetens up membership with free chocolate bar giveaway

SHIP BOTTOM, N.J. - Feb. 4, 2019 - PRLog -- Chocolate Week in the Long Beach Region was created by the Southern Ocean County Chamber members to remind visitor and residents of businesses and events that are open with special initiatives to come out for Valentine's , Presidents Weekend and winter break happening February 10-17 2019.  The organization provides brew trail, performance and in store specials on their website, social and visitor center to promote shopping and enjoying locally provided goods, services and activities.

In honor of the regional chamber's 105th anniversary, chocolate week will also kick off the distribution of Southern Ocean Chamber chocolate bars, complete with customized wrapper created by member Brandmark. The 250 complimentary milk chocolate bars have details about the chamber for all to enjoy, but 10 lucky winners will find a golden ticket for a first time business to receive a year of free membership.  The organization represents 500 businesses of every industry that operates within the non profit's footprint which includes, Forked River, Lacey, Waretown, Barnegat, Stafford, West Creek, Eagleswood, Tuckerton, Little Egg Harbor, Ship Bottom, Barnegat Light, Harvey Cedars, Beach Haven, Surf City and Long Beach Township. The organization is professionally staffed and keeps an active schedule meeting several times per month, as well as maintaining the area's main website www.visitLBIregion.com as well as popular social media channels.

The members and staff will be offering bars throughout the winter into spring, or until supplies last. There is no charge for the chocolate bar, if a business received a golden ticket please contact the Southern Ocean County Chamber office directly.
