Westmount made several significant enhancements to the assets, which included upgrading the sprinkler system to current ESFR specifications and building out notable speculative tenant improvements. Following the renovation, Westmount rebranded and reintroduced the project to the brokerage community as Logistics Pointe BWI, highlighting the property's ability to accommodate a broader range of uses as a result of the ESFR upgrades and its offer of "plug-and-play"

Given its proximity to major interstates in the area, the property allows tenants easy access to the major hubs of Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.
