Fire Power Seminars Empowers Happy Black Woman at the Manifest Your Vision 2019 Retreat

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Jan. 28, 2019 - PRLog -- Happy Black Woman hosted its annual transformational Manifest Your Vision Retreat for ambitious women to ignite their purpose and break through barriers to take inspired action to achieve big goals in 2019. Fire Power Seminars was honored to be a part of this life-changing retreat for a third year in a row, held at the Bonaventure Resort & Spa.

Happy Black Woman attendees who participated in the Manifest Your Vision Retreat broke through barriers, blocks and patterns to move forward to their next level by breaking a board with their bare hand! Most of the participants had never experienced board breaking, yet were able to harness their courage to achieve what looked impossible. Through the energy and support of their fellow attendees, they faced and broke through their fears, shifting "I Can't" into "Yes, I CAN"! Participants learned how to access their personal power to break through self-defeating and limiting beliefs. This breaking barriers board breaking activity, facilitated by Connie Phelan, President and Founder of Fire Power Seminars, enabled entrepreneurial women to experience an activity that engaged their mind and body, giving them a physical experience of a breakthrough.

"We engaged the mind and body in this board breaking experience for transformation", said Ms. Phelan. "Picture yourself breaking a board on which you have emotionally written your barrier, obstacle or limiting belief (mental/emotional). Your hand symbolically and literally breaks that limitation (physical), and you feel empowered!"

"Board breaking is meant to symbolize things you may have never been willing to attempt because your belief system has told you that you are going to fail, or it's going to be very difficult. It's about creating a new reality for what is possible! Once you do this thing you once thought was difficult or impossible and discover it's actually quite simple, you'll begin to wonder how many other things you have not been willing to do. Once a person breaks a board with the power of their mind and body, they can carry that experience into every challenge they face moving forward. Our experiential seminars enable participants to surpass what they believe is possible, enabling them to reach new levels of success," added Ms. Phelan
