Military Wives and Widows Tell their Stories was published in 2018. Rita edited this collection of true-life stories that was published by the Society of Military Widows as a fund-raiser and also to celebrate the organization's 50th anniversary.
These days Rita may be found at her computer working on a series of articles celebrating the lives and works of some famous authors, such as Jane Austen, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Robert Louis Stevenson, Virginia Woolf, and Gertrude Stein.
