Funneee Stuff! Memorial fund to produce Tribute book and student scholarships

As one of the funniest and most professional clowns in the world, performing worldwide, and bringing laughter to thousands is Rob Torres. We're rallying to provide scholarships for students wishing to study with Sigfrido Aguilar at the Estudio Búsqueda de Panotmima-Teatro and in turn be gifted with this Tribute book.
BROOKLYN, N.Y. - Jan. 26, 2019 - PRLog -- Tragically in late June, Rob suddenly passed away of a heart attack while flying to his engagement in Boston, Massachusetts.

In the spirit of adventure, Rob and Jim Moore, photographer, were working on a book project together tentatively titled "A Clown in Our Town".  Rob and Jim created a visual document, capturing his off stage sense of humor at the iconic geographical locations such as Paris, France, St. Louis, Missouri, and New York City. The plans included work in six more cities during his upcoming tours.

While planning this tribute book: A Clown in Our Town, A Tribute to Rob Torres, Jim Moore realized that many other wonderful photographers had captured Rob during events such as New York City's Big Apple Circus, and Seattle's Moisture Festival, so I reached out to a number of my colleagues: Maike Schulz, Michelle Bates and others. They will share their personal vision of Rob in photography during his performances, rehearsals, and candid moments.

To produce this book: A Clown in Our Town, A Tribute to Rob Torres, funds are needed for graphic design work and publishing. We encourage you to share Rob's vision and help make this book a wonderful testimonial to his work. For those who met him, had the honor to work with him, or saw him perform, know how much he truly deserves this recognition.

Since beginning studies with Sigfrido in 1996, Rob Torres carried forward his experience and enthusiasm to the next generation of clowns and circus performers. Funds that exceed this book's printing and designing costs, will be forwarded to provide student scholarships at Sigfrido Aguilar's Estudio Búsqueda de Panotmima-Teatro, the Research Studio of Pantomime Theater, a non profit international school of Comic Physical Theatre serving a serving a broad community based in Valenciana, Guanajuato, in the mountains of Central Mexico.

So please, give what you can, tell who you can, and let's start this journey together.
