Mnozil Brass & Cirque Mechanics Entertain With Circus Themed Shows at the Weinberg This February

FREDERICK, Md. - Jan. 23, 2019 - PRLog -- Two performing troupes bring circus themed entertainment to the Weinberg Center in February. Mnozil Brass will take the Weinberg stage, Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 7:30 PM with their show Cirque and Cirque Mechanics will perform 42 FT: A Menagerie of Mechanical Marvels Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 7:00 PM.

Tickets begin at $25 for Mnozil Brass and $20 for Cirque Mechanics and may be purchased online at WeinbergCenter.org, by calling the Box Office at 301-600-2828, or in person at 20 West Patrick Street.  Discounts are available for students, children, military, and seniors.

Entertaining audiences with their unique combination of virtuosic brass playing and slapstick humor, Mnozil Brass have established themselves as one of the world's premiere brass ensembles. With more than 130 performances a year, they have sold out houses from the farthest reaches of the European continent to Israel, China, Taiwan, Japan, Australia, Canada and the United States, captivating audiences with their blend of immense virtuosity and theatrical wit.

42FT – A Menagerie of Mechanical Marvels, is the latest invention from the creative minds of Cirque Mechanics. The company dares us to leap into the circus ring and experience the timelessness of this evolving art form. The shows' unique mechanical interpretation of the traditional and its story full of the lore of the historic one-ring circus, create a welcoming place, like a big top, where we can be amazed.  The action in 42FT is full of theatricality and a modern sensibility, showcasing a galloping mechanical metal horse and a rotating tent frame for strongmen, acrobats and aerialists.
