Presto Eats launches Instant Pot meal kits in Canada

First of it's kind meal kits now available online for the popular Instant Pot multicooker.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia - Jan. 21, 2019 - PRLog -- Presto Eats Inc., a company on a mission to help busy people save time in the kitchen, today launched a line of meal kits designed to be used with the Instant Pot. The meal kits are made from only natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives. Sized for either servings for 2 or 4, each meal is quickly frozen to preserve freshness and nutritional value. The initial menu includes recipes such as "Chicken Biryani" and vegan options including "Rotini with Lentil Bolognese". As the meals are scheduled deliveries and only require one pot to cook, the meal kits reduce the high amount of waste many other meal kit companies have been known for.

"We're thrilled to be bringing our Instant Pot meal kits to dinner tables across the country," said Connie Chong, CEO of Presto Eats. "We couldn't find a healthy meal option that would truly save time and didn't create a large amount of packaging waste. That drove us to craft these gourmet dinners that can be cooked in 30 or minute or less in a single pot."

The meal kits will be made first available in Calgary, Alberta, with other Canadian cities launching soon after. To get the meal kits, customers will be able to purchase the kits directly from the website (https://www.prestoeats.com) or participate in a Kickstarter campaign.
