GARDEN GROVE, Calif. - Jan. 17, 2019 - PRLog -- A private seller has sold their Garden Grove property at 10201 Garden Grove Boulevard, Garden Grove, CA 92843 for $3,150,000 to a private buyer.

The building has approximately ±18,528 square feet located on approximately ±34,848 square feet of land, and is located at the signalized intersection on the corner of Brookhurst Street and Garden Grove Boulevard. The former retail property was vacant at the time of sale.
