On Oct 26, 2017, we purchased 2 pairs of glasses from your store located in Marianske Lazne, CZ. Sharka was the person we dealt with. Immediately after we received our glasses, before we even left the store, Sharka was notified that there was something wrong with the glasses, both pairs. She ignored our claims and insisted that we just needed to get used to them. We were leaving for Canada shortly after that and agreed that if nothing changed with our vision, Sharka would either give us a refund or replace the lenses. We emailed Sharka notifying her that the issue remained and that we wanted this fixed or a refund. Sharka replied stating that she would take care of it when we returned the following year, 2018. We had our eyes tested here in Canada and the prescription Sharka made for us was wrong.
After returning in 2018, Sharka refused to take responsibility for her error. We had our eyes tested down the street from this location and once again, proved that Sharka made errors when testing our eyes, defective equipment or not calibrated equipment. This was also brought to Sharka's attention. It took several visits before she admitted fault and said she would mail new lenses to us in Canada. We have paper work proving all this. That was on November 29, 2018. Today is January 16, 2019 and we still have not received any lenses or a refund. We emailed Sharka and once again, we are being ignored.
I have filed complaints with the Interior Ministry, European Consumer Center and directly with you. I am also publishing Negative reviews regarding your business practices.
I trust you will do the right thing and settle this overdue matter before we find it necessary to take you to court to recover losses due to negligence, fraud and breach of contract. http://www.dioptraoptik.cz
