Tech startup Surf launches rideshare entertainment tablets in Dallas

Today Surf, a Phoenix-based startup, expands its network of interactive, entertainment tablets to include Dallas-Fort Worth rideshare drivers.

DALLAS - Jan. 15, 2019 - PRLog -- Today Surf, a Phoenix-based startup that adds entertainment tablets to rideshare vehicles announces its expansion in Dallas. Surf tablets offer passengers free access to a selection of high-quality, curated content including entertaining videos, movie trailers, music and more from the backseat of their rideshare vehicle.

Starting today, rideshare drivers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area can apply to receive a free Surf tablet. Top-performing drivers who complete 150 or more rides each month are paid to carry the tablet in their vehicle.

This announcement comes just a month after Surf announced its initial launch into Texas in December. Dallas drivers will join the network of rideshare drivers using Surf tablets in Phoenix, Los Angeles and Austin.
