I don't expect you to have all super healthy Keto foods around all the time. The beauty of the Keto Ultra Diet is that you can go out to eat. You can do things you can go to restaurants and you can still live a healthy lifestyle.

OK well, that's kind of what we're doing here. We're priming it with a lot of fats. We're getting fats into the system and we're keeping protein low so that the fat is the predominant fuel source.
