Author Darrell Bartell Invited to Participate at Teen BookFest by the Bay

FORT WORTH, Texas - Jan. 14, 2019 - PRLog -- Darrell Bartell is an actor, playwright, short story writer, future radio broadcaster and a cancer survivor. An Army veteran he has completed an M.A. Degree in Drama at Texas Woman's University and an M.A. Degree in English at Southern New Hampshire University.  A 1980 graduate of Gregory Portland High School, he will be attending career day at GPHS as a guest speaker on February 1, 2019.

Bartell is a published author of Ten-Five: You're Going Home, Marine! and Barry and The Vampire in the Rosedale Encounter. Both books were published by Progressive Rising Phoenix Press, LLC.

Darrell is currently teaching English Composition I & II at Tarrant County College in Fort Worth, Texas and has been invited to attend Teen Bookfest by the Bay as a panelist in Corpus Christi, Texas on February 15, 2019.

He volunteers his time helping law enforcement and medical examiners trying to find leads to identify their John Doe and Jane Doe cases feature on the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System.  He is currently trying to help identify a Jane Doe found buried in a field less than three minutes from where he lives back in March 2013.
