EKATERINBURG, Russian Federation - Jan. 13, 2019 - PRLog -- Scientists of Ural Federal University, Russia, are working on an ideal suit that is able to collect comprehensive information about its carrier, analyze it and send recommendations to the operator on responding to situations. The information includes a large set of factors, such as the dynamics of the psychological state, general and cognitive fatigue, eye tracking, electroencephalogram, sleep evaluation, heart rate, and others. The suit will do all this with the help of miniature sensors that do not interfere with the carrier's actions even in extreme conditions.

"The described system is able to interpret data from several sources, therefore, even in the presence of interference, it can provide reliable information in automatic mode due to its processing using artificial intelligence. The high speed of processing large volumes of data for assessing and predicting the state is achieved the same way", says Sergei Sverdlov, director of the Ural Neuronet Center of UrFU.

According to its authors, the project is ideal for the military, but is also suitable for the civilian sector. The system is designed for a wide range of applications: professional selection, adaptation to the conditions of the tasks set, improvement of the quality of special training, observation of the operator's condition in real time, spot correction of the condition and first aid for injuries, prevention of possible risks and predictive analytics, detailed reports on loads and changes that occur when performing operational tasks.

"The equipment fits in perfectly with the existing support measures for professions in which the condition of the employee is of particular importance, for example, in civil aviation, high-rise construction, rescue services and many other professional areas of particular importance. With its help, it is possible to achieve a qualitative improvement in labor productivity and solving non-standard tasks, preserving the health of employees, and significant professional growth", the developer adds.

The data obtained will give impetus to the development of a variety of working industries in general, identifying critical factors and new opportunities for the evolution of the labor. For example, the information will significantly affect the ergonomics of devices and tools, the strategy and content of vocational training, it will be allow to develop valuable recommendations regarding skill development and the preservation of professional qualities, and an increase in the duration of professional working ability.

Now the project is at the stage of prototype development. Negotiations are underway with the concerned departments of the Russian Federation. The authors of the project expect to prepare a model in six months, and then proceed to the tests.
