New Executive Director Brings Property Management Expertise to Benchmark at Plymouth Crossings

At the assisted living and memory care community, Oliveira is now responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations. The East Bridgewater, Mass., resident joins the company from Beacon Communities where she was an area manager for several residential properties.

Oliveira was drawn to Benchmark's mission of elevating human connection and putting its associates and residents first. "I was with Beacon for over 12 years, and I always invest in the organizations that I serve," says Oliveira. "It was important to me to be selective in my search and find a company that shares my values. Benchmark checks all my boxes."

She graduated from Framingham State University with a bachelor's degree in psychology and is certified as an apartment manager by the National Apartment Association. In her free time, Oliveira enjoys spending time with her family, including her two daughters and fiancé, who she looks forward to marrying this month. She is also a foodie who enjoys dancing and karaoke.
