Socklane Trumps Amazon Product Hijackers with Strong Force
Attacks from Fake Resellers are Put to Stop by Socklane Before The New Yaer
In an interview, Dave Dixon, co-founder, and CEO of SocksLane said, "we have noticed a steady amount of negative reviews in our Amazon product page since the 2nd quarter of 2018. Upon investigation, we found out that the reviews are not for our products but from a different company copying our products. This was a shock to me. I never thought that this would happen to a small family business like ours."
SocksLane has been the top seller of cotton compression products since 2016 and has been consistent in providing quality products to their customers all over the US. With it's recent expansion to the UK market mid-2018 the company also attracted product hijackers.
Another factor which Dave thinks to have contributed from their company being hi-jacked is their top star rating. Currently, they have a little over a thousand reviews in Amazon averaging 4.85 stars out of 5.
"With our untireless effort we were able to report to Amazon these bogus sellers and ban them from selling any further", Dave reiterates. "We are in constant watch for other Amazon product hijackers and will keep our guard on high alert."
The company requests customers who are victimized by these fake resellers to report to Amazon or thru their customer service contact @customercare@
