Kristin's first experience working with great leaders was when she played on an all-state USVBA volleyball team in high school. Kristin lacked the talent and height of the others at tryouts, but her coaches saw her drive and desire to do whatever it takes to play on the team. The coaching staff mentored and encouraged her to perform beyond what she thought possible. Kristin played in 5 National Championships with the highest honor being 5th in the Nation.

Kristin has brought the same passion and work ethic into the corporate world at Fortune 500 companies and has had a very successful 30+ year career in Information Technology, including 18 years in Leadership roles. She has had the opportunity to be on great teams; either leading and/or being led by great mentors, coaches and friends. Kristin has a keen focus on leadership, team building, operational efficiencies, innovation, and continuous improvement.
