Most lists are revenue-based, but the Architect 50 evaluates firms across a broad range of categories. The judges analyzed 160 firm entries — the largest number in the ten-year history of the rankings. Clark Nexsen had strong scores in each of the three main categories: business, sustainability, and design excellence.
"We are both proud and honored by this recognition,"
In addition, the firm has been ranked No. 3 on the Top Business category. The business ranking evaluates firms based on net revenue, profitability, financial commitment to both research and pro bono work, diversity and employee benefits.
"We had a terrific year in 2018," said Terri Hall, Clark Nexsen President. "We attribute our success to our commitment to provide clients with exceptional design and professional services."
This is the fifth year Clark Nexsen has made the top 50 on ARCHITECT's list since the magazine launched the rankings program in 2009.
