Supreme Court Judge Of Zambia Made Shocking Exposure With His Testimony

LUSAKA, Zambia - Jan. 7, 2019 - PRLog -- The Supreme Court Justice from the Zambian Supreme Court recently made some shocking revelations when testifying before the court. His testimony included some of big cases wherein external influences resulted in changing of decision making in the wrong direction. One of the cases which made headline in 2012 was associated with Dr. Rajan Mahtani, a prominent businessman and philanthropist in Zambia. Dr. Mahtani has more than three decades of business experience. Some of his ventures such as Finance Bank Zambia, Mahtani Group of Companies and Finsbury Investments have made a name not only in Zambia but also outside. He has several establishments and significant connections with foreign national economy and he frequently utilises them for bringing foreign investments and business opportunities within Zambia, improving the local economy, providing jobs, employment and uplifting the economy.

The 2012 case went against Dr. Rajan Mahtani despite his several requests and evidences. However, the recent testimony from Justice Mumba Malila revealed that the case was actually motivated by several political undertones and was against the interests of the public policies. According to the testimony, requests were made to make the case null and void as it was influenced by several external forces. However, no such requests were entertained back then. The testimony also reveals that as a result of several corrupt yet powerful politicians and businessmen, the decision making processes are often changed to make it profitable for them.

Unless these acts of severe corruption and unethical practices are not controlled, hope for growth and development of the nation is limited.
