Summit Funding, Inc. Hires Joe Villegas and Team in Manteca, CA

Jan. 4, 2019 - PRLog -- Sacramento, C.A. – Summit Funding, Inc., named Top 40 Mortgage Company in 2017 by Mortgage Executives, announces new team and office in Manteca, CA.  Joe Villegas, Marisela Villegas, Joel Valencia and Cecilia Valencia will join the company as the new Loan Officers of the new Manteca, CA office.  In this role, they will all be responsible for delivering exceptional and competitive services to exceed our clients' expectations.

Joe Villegas will be acting as the Branch Manager of the new office.   Joe and his team bring several years of combined experience in the mortgage industry.  They will all be serving the Greater Bay Area & Central Valley communities. Also in this new role, Joe will work to select a mortgage that compliments clients' short and long-term financial goals, a mortgage that works within budgets.  Prior to joining Summit Funding, Joe was the Branch Manager/Sr. Loan Officer at the Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation in Northern California.

In order to provide excellent customer service to our clients, Joe utilizes his educational experience in addition to his previous job positions.  Joe graduated from the University of Phoenix, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business.  Joe and Marisela currently reside in the Manteca area, while Joel and Cecilia reside in Mountain House, CA.
