One Beachmont to Feature Onsite Doggie Daycare and Other Dog Friendly Amenities

REVERE, Mass. - Jan. 3, 2019 - PRLog -- TransDel and Gate Residential Properties announced today that the new luxury lifestyle Revere community, One Beachmont, will offer onsite doggie daycare and other first class amenities for pet owners.

The 1,120, square foot onsite facility called FETCH will feature a variety of services and resources – including dog walking and grooming services, an indoor play area for large and small dogs, a 1,775 square foot outdoor area for large and small dogs, overnight boarding, playgroups, state-of-the-art dog washing station, and pickup and drop-off services. Daycare hours will be from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

"We know that pets are part of the family and we want to offer the very best amenities for our dog-loving residents at One Beachmont," said Damian Szary, a principal of Gate Residential – the project's developer. "FETCH offers convenient, onsite doggie daycare access, and is a trusted caregiver known for its ability to provide supervision, attention and affection to our four-legged friends."

One Beachmont—which began pre-leasing last month—is a boutique, mid-rise residential community that features 195 units, including studios, and one- and two-bedroom apartments. It is located steps from Revere Beach and is only twelve minutes to downtown Boston via the MBTA's Beachmont stop on the Blue Line – which is located just 300 yards from the development.

One North of Boston, another Gate Residential project, was the first luxury residential community in Greater Boston to offer onsite doggy daycare as an amenity, and it drew dog lovers from across Boston and beyond. Now, this same trusted service will be offered at One Beachmont.

Fetch is just one of the unique amenities that will be offered at One Beachmont once it opens this January. Residents will also have access to a large pool with a cabana and lounge area, active lawn and grill stations, a fitness center, a fully equipped co-working space with a coffee bar, indoor lounge and refreshment station, clubroom with a bar, bike wash, workshop, and secured bike storage. One Beachmont also features oversized windows and an all season, top floor deck with beautiful water views.

One Beachmont is a $60 million project that is a joint venture between Gate Residential and The TransDel Corp.
