Blaauwheim Guest House is an exclusive establishment in Somerset West, run by co-owners Johan andJo-Anne Blaauw. It consists of two luxurious suites, Pinotage and Chardonnay as well as a deluxe double bedroom called Shiraz. Each suite comprises a lounge/dining room/kitchenette, a spacious bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, a guest toilet and veranda or balcony. Shiraz deluxe bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a private enclosed courtyard. There is ample secure free parking available within the premises. The lush, treed garden boasts indigenous yellowwood trees frequented by many birds and we also have a substantial collection of cycads.

Blaauwheim Guesthouse is in the heart of the famous Cape Winelands, near the long sandy beaches of the Strand and within easy reach of Hermanus, the whale watchers' paradise. Golfers are spoilt for choice with a selection of golf courses on our doorstep. Stellenbosch, is a mere 10 minutes away and Franschhoek will take another 15 minutes along a beautiful scenic route.

Cape Town, which is famous for Table Mountain, Robben Island, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, excellent shopping centres, sports facilities, theatres and entertainment, is only 40 min away. This vibrant metropolis with its kaleidoscope of culture is one of the top ten most visited cities in the world. The Cape Town International Airport is just 20 minutes away from Blaauwheim.
