Iconic Group, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band Debuts At Mill Town Music Hall
Band will perform hits from over five-decade career on Feb.2

The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band's 1972 groundbreaking album "Will The Circle Be Unbroken" has been inducted into the U.S. Library of Congress and the Grammy Hall of Fame. The song "Mr. Bojangles" was also inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2010. In 2014, "Fishin' In The Dark" was certified platinum for digital downloads by the RIAA.
Now in its 52nd year, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band (Jeff Hanna, Jimmie Fadden, Bob Carpenter) is continuing to tour. On September 14th, 2015 the band along with some close friends played to a sold-out crowd at the historic Ryman Auditorium. The film of the 50th Anniversary Special show began airing on PBS in March of 2016 and earned a 2016 Emmy award for Special Event Coverage at the Mid-South Regional Emmy Awards.
