-- Algoworks decided to celebrate Christmas a bit differently, this time. During this cheerful season, Algoworks family resolved to fulfill children's wishes who are less privileged by gifting them presents of their choices. The team visited the "Smyle Pariwar Foundation" with loads of gifts, chocolate boxes, and toys. Employees surprised kids by dressed up like Santas.
Christmas was just around the corner when the HR department of Algoworks contacted a local NGO of children, "Smyle Pariwar Foundation", and played Secret Santa for them. The children were asked to make a list of their favorite things that they would like to receive from Santa this year. The list was then shared with the Algoworks employees who got the presents for the children. The presents included football, carrom board, stationery, chairs, toys, clothes, and many other things that the children wished for. Sanjukta Dey, the Head of the HR Department at Algoworks, said- "We were looking for a meaningful way to celebrate Christmas this year. Suddenly, this idea came to us to celebrate with those children who are waiting for someone to bring happiness in their lives." On Christmas day, Prachi and Sanjukta from the HR team, along with some Algoworks employees dressed up like Santa, went to the Smyle Pariwar Foundation and handed over the gifts to the children and celebrated a fun-filled Christmas with them. Everyone came together to sing Christmas carols and enjoyed a delicious feast hosted for everyone, later. The celebrations were wrapped up with a group photo shoot with the entire Algoworks and Smyle Pariwar Foundation.
