Titan Data Security Breach Class Action Investigation

TULSA, Okla. - Dec. 27, 2018 - PRLog -- Abington Cole + Ellery is currently conducting a class action investigation regarding a confirmed data security breach of Titan Manufacturing and Distributing's online stores (titandistributorsinc.com, titanramps.com, palletforks.com, titan.fitness, and/or titangreatoutdoors.com). The incident may have affected certain customers' payment card numbers and other information entered on Titan's websites between November 23, 2017, and October 25, 2018.

A customer notice from Titan states that its computer system was compromised by malware. The malware captured payment information and may have affected certain orders placed on Titan's websites between November 23, 2017, and October 25, 2018.

The malware may have captured the following types of information entered by customers on Titan's websites: name, billing address, telephone number, payment card number, expiration date and verification code.
