Ordyx POS Releases Innovative Updates to Their Online Ordering Feature

This redesign comes as the 15-year-old company continues to make strides to provide the best experience possible for its customers. The new release of Online Ordering comes with innovative upgrades to features such as future ordering, customer databases, menus, and more. The software is also integrated with Authorize.net and Stripe payment gateways to ensure simple and secure online credit card processing.

Optimized for All Platforms
Restaurants are able to build their own professional online menu with food photos that are unique to their specific restaurant. These menus are completely optimized for mobile, tablets, and computers so customers can enjoy a quality experience on any size screen.

Fully Integrated
The fully integrated software enables restaurants to easily take online orders on their own website, where the order will then automatically populate the restaurant POS system. Orders can then be modified and sent to bar/kitchen displays and printers.

Improve Order Accuracy
With the item search feature, customers are able to find specific items they are searching for with dynamic autocomplete suggestions from the menu.

When customers are creating an order, the software will help walk them through the ordering process by toggling necessary selections, one at a time (e.g. choice of sauce, sides, meat doneness, etc.). After the necessary choices are made, that section will minimize to show a completed meal selection.

As selections are completed and added to the cart, a live order cart is continually displayed on the right side of the ordering interface. This feature helps minimize mistakes as it gives customers the ability to view their selections as they continue their order.
