Toy Drive a Success for Timeshare Advertiser BuyaTimeshare.com
Employees from the timeshare resale company donated toys and gift cards to help underprivileged children over the holidays.
Employees held a toy drive over the first three weeks of December, collecting the gifts which were then donated to Metropolitan Ministries last Friday to be given to the children in time for the holiday.
"These are the programs that make a difference to children in our community, and I am so pleased that our employees decided to give back the way they did," stated Wes Kogelman, President and CEO, BuyaTimeshare.com. "No child should go through Christmas without a gift, and a big thank you to Metropolitan Ministries for making it so easy to help."
Metropolitan Ministries helps an estimated 24,000 families in the Tampa Bay region each year over the holidays with donated gifts and food items. In operation since 1972, the local non-profit holds events throughout the year and works with local businesses to provide resources to children and families in need.
