Bryn signs letter of interest to acquire software developer

BOULDER, Colo. - Dec. 21, 2018 - PRLog -- BRYN Resources announced that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Vybe Networks Inc,(www.vybenetworks.com) based in Toronto Canada, in an all-share deal.

Vybe Networks has developed, Vybe Office,  an online business management toolset that will allow a company to completely operate their business online.  The company started as a web hosting provide and now also provides companies with VoIP, ADSL in Central Canada in addition to the Vybe Office platform.

"This is the first step to BRYN fulfilling its mandate," stated Mr. Kim Moore, director of BRYN.

The company expects to close the deal in early January.
