Tax Expert and Advisor Barry G. Fowler, EA, Reminds Taxpayers Talks About The New IRS Social Media

HOUSTON - Dec. 13, 2018 - PRLog -- Barry G. Fowler, EA, leading expert in tax resolution issues and CEO of Taxation Solutions tells readers that even though the IRS wants to appear friendly and social, if taxpayers don't file or pay their taxes, they may not be quite so social.

Houston, TX – December 13, 2018 – Barry G. Fowler, CEO of Taxation Solutions, posted a new blog on the company website entitled "Socially Taxing," in which Mr. Fowler shares what the IRS intends to accomplish with their new Instagram account.

Fowler writes, "Well, believe it or not, the IRS now has an Instagram account!" He goes on saying, "The IRS! The once big, scary IRS now wants to be fun, friendly and socially hip! But not so friendly that they'll be appearing on any dating apps, according to one IRS spokesperson."

According to Fowlers, "Most people who regularly file and pay their taxes hardly need reminding." On the other hand, he adds, "Those who prefer to pretend they have an obligation may not want to be reminded on any social format, but what the heck, it is the 21st Century."

After enumerating a few of the objectives the IRS has for their Instagram account, Fowler writes, "Oh, by the way, you can also visit the IRS on FaceBook and YouTube. But you cannot negotiate with them if you haven't filed or paid your taxes. They won't be very social if you haven't done either of those things. You'll want to connect with me for that!"
