Local leaders celebrate groundbreaking of new all-inclusive resort-style retirement community
The $30 million Creek Valley Retirement Community will consist of 130 apartments located on 6 acres near the corner of Highway 340 and Historic Highway 66 (Manchester Road). The units will be studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedrooms. Resort Lifestyle Communities' (RLC) competitive, all-inclusive monthly rent (with no buy-in fee) includes chef-prepared, resort-style dining; a range of entertainment options with a full calendar of life-enriching activities; on-site staff and a 24/7 emergency call system; group and individual transport; concierge services and valet parking; and more.
Residents will also enjoy the convenience of an in-house bank, pharmacy, gift shop, and salon, all of which will be open to the public. Residents needing home health care have the freedom to contract with their choice of providers, and the community will also secure one on-site.
"We are excited to bring luxury retirement living to the Ellisville-area. Our all-inclusive independent living community will be home to those who delight in living a worry-free lifestyle, around the clock service, resort-style dining, and premium accommodations,"
Situated on the site of an abandoned car lot, business leaders spoke at the event about the economic value in the development of the area.
"This development is a catalyst for greater redevelopment efforts along the historic Manchester Road corridor. We are eager to have a big beautiful building built in the center of town – an ideal location where residents can continue to stay engaged in the community. Creek Valley will be a perfect addition to Ellisville and the surrounding areas," said Ellisville City Councilwoman Linda Reel.
Located at 15950 Manchester Road, Ellisville, MO 63011, Creek Valley is RLC's second location in the state of Missouri. Early priority and pre-leasing programs are available while the community is under construction. For more information visit CreekValleyRetirement.com.
