Bureau Veritas Grows Senior Leadership Team with Additions of New COO and Head of HR
Key leadership hires will focus on bringing greater innovation, growth, and alignment across business operations

TJ Johansen was named Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer- oil and gas market segment. Based in the Houston office, Johansen will be responsible for leading the company's O&G commodities and industries group. With over 20 years of progressive leadership experience, Johansen joins Bureau Veritas from Kemira Oyj where he served as President, Oil and Mining Division and President- Americas.
Maggie Laureano joins Bureau Veritas as Vice President and HR Head for North America. She has more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience across multiple industries and brings proven HR expertise in talent and performance management, learning, talent acquisition, and compensation and benefits. Laureano is responsible for accelerating talent management and talent acquisition programs to adequately support BV's growth rate and scale in North America. She joins BV from Embraer Aircraft Holding, where she served as a Vice President, Human Resources.
