Rasheedah Thomas built her reputation in Washington, DC over the past 15 years with her sought-after expertise in media relations, fundraising, strategic planning, and crisis communications. In her capacity as Principal and Co-founder at RC Communications, Rasheedah works with clients to create and branding and marketing strategies, fundraising campaigns, and traditional and social media plans.
Prior to her tenure at RC Communications, Rasheedah worked in fundraising and donor relations at National Public Radio. For over a decade, she raised an average of $2-3M a year and created strategic stewardship plans for NPR's corporate, foundation, and individual donors. She worked closely with NPR's CEO and other executive management, as well as with major public radio stations and Trustees of the NPR Foundation.
Rasheedah is a member of Politico's Women Rule Insider group and the Junior League of Washington. She is a proud native South Carolinian and alumna of Howard University.

Calvin Dark has built his reputation as a creative strategic communications & media relations professional for a diverse group of clients & partners. In 2014, Calvin co-founded RC Communications to help clients find their voices to tell complex stories.
Throughout his career, Calvin held several leadership roles where he advised embassies, international organizations, foundations & multinational corporations on their strategic communications, public affairs & media outreach. Calvin has managed multi-million dollar trade & investment promotional campaigns for the Kingdom of Morocco & the Republic of Ecuador, the award winning "Free Them Now" campaign to liberate Moroccan POWs in Algeria (International Public Relations Association)
Calvin is a graduate of the NC School of Science & Mathematics & Duke University (Political Science & French). Calvin was a Fulbright Scholar to Morocco & has studied in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Paris, France. Calvin speaks English, French, Spanish & Arabic.
