Futran Solution, Inc. Acquires Stake In Major E-Broadcasting Company

EDISON, N.J. - Dec. 7, 2018 - PRLog -- Futran Solutions, Inc. recently acquired a stake in Santo Broadcasting, LLC for an undisclosed amount. Santo Broadcasting is the owner of manatv, the fast growing online streaming channel for Indians and the Telugu diaspora in the US. The group also owns manatv International, a leading South Asian channel for the Telugu speaking audience. Additionally, Santo Broadcasting proprietarily represents TV5 News in North America.

The recent limited acquisition came on the back of months of discussion between the two groups. Reflecting on the partnership, Sridhar Chillara, CEO of TV5 USA, said: "This partnership with Futran Solutions brings in fresh energy and new synergy to the company. Promising top-end entertainment to viewers of Santo Broadcasting owned channels, he assured: "The manatv brands have all the ingredients to develop into premier news and entertainment sources for Telugu speaking people on a global scale. While manatv shall cater to the Telugu audience in the USA, manatv International will reach out to the larger Telugu diaspora around the world. This association shall serve to unlock the true potential of superior Indian entertainment content in the USA."

As of now, manatv and manatv International are streaming live on manatv.net. The manatv website (https://manatv.net) also covers the length and breadth of all the latest and popular shows on the channel.
