PRLog -- The 2018 Red Dress Soirée has been one of the most talked about social events of the South Florida holiday season, since its inaugural event in 2017. Hosted by The Community Health and Empowerment Network, a local 5O1(c)(3) not for profit organization that exists to provide health education and screening services to individuals in low income and underserved local areas with a goal to help bridge health gaps in the community and to reduce health disparities in South Florida.
The Phalanx Media Group CEO, Richard Barrett opened the evening by introducing the Master and Mistress of Ceremony, who were Miami's WSVN 7News sports anchor Donovan Campbell and Ms. US Earth Jennifer Lovelace. The event was sponsored by the City of North Miami, Macy's, Total Wine, and Phalanx Media Group.
Politicians such as Councilman Philippe Bien-Aime, Senator Rene Garcia, Councilman Alix Desulme, Senator Daphne Campbell, Lauderhill City Commissioner, Howard Berger were in attendance.
The evening was capped off with the award presentation by Councilman Alix Desulme of the Key to the City and the Proclamation of Community Health and Empowerment Network Day.
