So far I have learned that by communicating your goals and challenges with those around you while not trying to work alone is best how to succeed!

3. WHERE DO YOU SEE YOUR FUTURE WITH THIS COMPANY?

I see myself in the future with this company growing a sharp team that can handle anything, and teach them from my experiences!

4. WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR MOST FAVORITE MOMENT WHILE WORKING HERE?

My most favorite moment while working here has been watching how fast growth happens everyday, on all levels.

5. WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT BEING PART OF THIS TEAM?

I love being a part of this team because everyone is different, so there is something new to be learned from each other every day and someone will always have your back.

6. WHAT MAKES YOUR JOB SO REWARDING?

At the end of the day what make my job so rewarding to me is the experience and new knowledge I gain each day, whether it is something big or small I get better everyday and I love looking back even just a month ago and seeing how much myself and everyone has grown.
