Camden Post Office to be operated by UOE
After formal public Consultation, UOE has been appointed to run the Camden Post Office from March 2019. The Post Office will be open and offering a full service seven days a week resulting in a significant increase in the current opening hours.
All UOE staff will be fully trained to work on the Post Office counters as well as on the retail side of the store, meaning customers will be served quickly and efficiently regardless of what they've gone in for. The new Post Office & UOE Store will provide all the services currently offered at the existing branch, with the exception of the Home Office's specialist biometric enrolment service which will be available at the nearby Upper Holloway Post Office branch.
The UOE Store will also sell design-led stationery, as well as a range of gifts and greetings cards. It also provides a range of business services, such as printing, photocopying, binding, and photo printing - perfect for local entrepreneurs, students and businesses.
UOE already successfully runs six other award-winning Post Offices across North London and Hertfordshire.
