On Thursdays, January 10th, 17th, and 24th at 7:00 PM, Dr. McEvoy will offer evening sessions at New England Hypnosis & Weight Loss center at 1436 Berlin Turnpike in Berlin to integrate hypnotic weight loss with nutritional education.

The three sessions give each participant the emotional and psychological tools, willpower, eating plan and ongoing support that will result in a positive, practical weight-loss experience.

"Hypnosis can help a person change limiting beliefs into empowering beliefs for a lifetime. At the beginning of every New Year, people set goals for health, career, fitness, etc. However, actually working towards and achieving those goals often gets sabotaged. We often become their own worst enemy. With the very best of intentions, we start toward a new goal but soon we fall off track and seldom get back on.

"Through a combination of motivational hypnosis and practical nutritional counseling we work with each group participant's subconscious and conscious mind to re-program their attitudes towards food, eating, and exercise. Program participants also receive Dr. McEvoy's electronic manual publishing all instructions provided in the group sessions.
