Prior to joining Splash, O'Neill was SVP of Product at Rocketrip, where he played an integral role in leading the transition of the organization from its initial startup roots to servicing at scale for the Fortune 500. O'Neill brings more than 15 years of experience in enterprise B2B product development, having delivered successful solutions for some of the world's largest retail, education and consumer brands.
DiDonato joins the Splash team with more than 20 years of IT/web application development experience. Most recently, he was VP of Technology and Engineering at SiteCompli, where he oversaw the direction and execution of SiteCompli's technology and engineering vision, as well as managed onshore and offshore software engineering operations.
