Under Mr. Patarino's leadership, the construction division has undergone a significant restructuring to advance the overall corporate strategy. The move is intended to align construction with the development division to create a more unified, cohesive, and collaborative organization.
Mr. Patarino has augmented the construction team with the addition of seasoned project managers and lead superintendents including the addition of project engineers assigned to each project team. Construction procedures have been refreshed and updated, new technology implemented, and a culture of exceptionalism instilled in all team members. The strategy is intended to increase investor value, strengthen relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders, and deliver world-class properties to prospective residents. He has a distinctive and in-depth understanding of the business of construction from his time working at some of the largest construction companies, architectural firms, and commercial real estate development firms in the Midwest.
