Meghan, Obama, Imafidon & Branson's books listed as the best in Global Authors' Awards

KENSINGTON, U.K. - Nov. 22, 2018 - PRLog -- This year's short list of books for the Global Authors' awards has been release by organizers ahead of Saturday's ceremonies in London's west end. Top of the short list is "Together,"  a cook book prefaced by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex. [#TheGlobalAuthors]

Other notables include US former first lady, Michelle Obama's memoirs - "Becoming" and world renowned, Professor Chris Imafidon's book "The Genius in You".

Ms Rosemary Shrager's book entitled "Cookery Course" was second in the cooking category; Mr Alex Awogu's sports book "Through a Goalpost" for the sports category and billionaire-entrepreneur - Richard Branson's autobiography "Finding my Virginity" was second in the autobiography section. But "Huawei: leadership, culture and connectivity" was top of the biography.

This year's Authors' Global Awards winners will be announced  in London and will be followed by events to raise funds for charities including UNICEF and Cancer Research UK. Corporate sponsorship received will target disadvantaged groups.

The father of the world's most mathematical family and a nominated author, Professor Chris Imafidon, chair of the internationally famous, excellenceineducation.org.uk said, "I write and speak to inform, inspire, and impact lives. Awards are never near my thinking, its all about people realizing their genius or full potential through the application of new information. We all need to share our individual experience or personal wisdom to inspire the next generation. Everyone has a book or an inspirational story buried in them"
