Agentis Welcomes Gregory Warren to its Restructuring & Insolvency Practice

CORAL GABLES, Fla. - Nov. 21, 2018 - PRLog -- Agentis is pleased to announce that Gregory Warren has joined the firm in its Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group. He joins the firm after two years as an attorney with White & Case.

"Gregory's experience in international restructuring, along with an intricate knowledge in insolvency proceedings is a great addition to our firm," said Managing Partner Jacqueline Calderín. "We are thrilled to welcome him to the Agentis family."

Warren has represented debtors and creditors in a variety of restructuring matters, including Chapter 11 cases, cross-border Chapter 15 cases, and out-of-court restructurings. In addition, he drafted a motion to enforce foreign plan for the largest ever Latin American restructuring, which led to a published decision granting the motion.

Warren received his J.D. and Masters in Business Administration from Georgetown University, and his bachelors in business finance from the University of Florida. He resides in Miami Beach.
