Dennis' passion for coaching, training and helping others to be successful began in the US Navy when he was offered the opportunity to attend series of courses in Total Quality Management. He continued to study the work of Dr. W.E. Deming, eventually becoming a Certified Trainer of Total Quality Management and eventually a Trainer of Trainers.

As a lifelong learner, always looking to expand and improve his toolkit, Dennis became a Certified Business Coach under Gary Henson, President and Founder of BusinessCoach.com. Dennis also decided to leave IBM after 16 years and made a career change to join Pearson Education, taking on the responsibility in helping transform Pearson from a traditional publishing company into a next-generation digital marketplace.

His commitment to continual improvement and education have led to the works of Brian Tracy and FocalPoint Coaching & Training.
