Ontuitive Team Volunteers to Help Provide Clothing to Families in Need
But on the Friday before Thanksgiving, the Ontuitive team embraced the season of giving as several team members spent their afternoons volunteering to help provide clothing for families in need in the Denver area.
The team worked with several other volunteers at A Precious Child – a company that provides children in need with opportunities and resources to empower them to achieve their full potential – in Broomfield, Colorado, to sort, fold, and hang donated articles of clothing. Once these clothes were hung and quality checked, they would be made available for families in need to peruse and take home free of charge.
A Precious Child provided the following impact statement after totaling the work done by the Ontuitive team:
"We are proud to say that the Ontuitive group was very invested in A Precious Child's mission and it showed in how well they worked and how much they accomplished. They were highly motivated to sort through donations and make sure that high quality items made it to our families as quickly as possible! They helped us sort through, hang, size and re-stock approximately 600 pounds of clothing to serve 75 kiddos!"
These clothing items included shirts, pants, jackets, accessories, etc. for all age groups, ranging from infants to adults.
A Precious Child added: "We would love to partner again with Ontuitive and hope to set up another volunteer event in the near future!"
