SOUTHLAKE, Texas - Nov. 27, 2018 - PRLog -- Changes in Christian radio listener preferences as seen between 2016 and 2018 are explored in the new Finney Media Research whitepaper Comparing 2016 to 2018: Clues for Change. Christian radio listener trends are compared over the last two years and the differences are clear as to what listeners want from their Christian radio stations.

"Listeners are telling us they want to return to the foundation of Christian radio listening," said Chuck Finney, president of Finney Media. "They want to be encouraged and to grow spiritually—but they don't want a harsh, angry tone."

The data is taken from the 2016 and 2018 Finney Media Why Listen® National Surveys. The surveys include respondents from CCM and Hybrid stations, Teaching stations and programs. Finney Media was assisted in the research process by Advocace.
